It was a big week for DSC! 🧬💪💃🏼🕺🏻🪩🩰
Thursday was our color & learn meeting with an injury prevention presentation by Tala and Skylar, and supplies provided by our faculty mentor, John. Friday was our yearly PT pre-screenings with students from @ecu_dpt informing dance majors of how to get stronger and be proactive about injuries! Thank you to everyone who attended, we had so much fun!

With Dancing in the Streets, @ecudanceprogram ‘s upcoming production, approaching fast, we encourage you to continue to prioritize your wellness and ensure you feel your best during long days and nights of tech, dress rehearsals, and shows.
