Someone I quietly draw inspiration from is my team rider @edawgatl . Hes like a built in cool dad for everyone in this community and he rips on both the lake and in the ocean. Having come from the same corner of the world as him, I was excited to create his model “The Strizzy” because his lines were relatable to the ones I like to draw on waves of all sizes. I think if you ride his model you’ll feel that same flow, effortless speed and smooth transitions between maneuvers.

Since day one, my goal with Barrette Surfboards has been to share my passion for shaping with riders who care equally as much about their board, its origin story and of course its performance.

While this isn’t the full crew, here’s a glimpse of some of the surfers I’m lucky to shape for on a regular basis. I can’t say enough about these guys. They are core, absolutely rip and guys you want in your corner. We’re still small, but the growth, constant R&D, and what’s coming this next season have me fired up.
