This episode of Open Doors! Business Tours takes us inside Daiquiri District, where owner James Thomas is bringing frozen drinks, food, music, and high-energy island vibes to 408 E. 31st Street.

Joined by @valentiinagm, we get a look at the experience behind the concept—from signature daiquiri flavors like strawberry piña colada and FAFO to comfort-food favorites including spicy cheese curds, fried mac and cheese bombs, mashed potatoes and gravy, and braised green beans.

Daiquiri District is more than a place to grab a drink. It’s being built as a destination for good food, good music, and a fun atmosphere people can enjoy together.
