Our EDC 3-day company retreat!

With the theme “Follow-Up & Follow-Through,” we kicked off with a moment to reflect, reset, and realign as a team. Our Director @nneninja opened the retreat with a powerful guiding framework for the year: G.R.A.C.E — Gratitude for the milestones we’ve achieved, Responsibility and responsiveness to our tasks, Attention to detail and accountability in our individual and collective work, a Cheerful disposition to work, and an unwavering spirit of Excellence in all that we do.

We were honoured to be joined by our Vice Chancellor @enase_okonedo who delivered a thought-provoking session on how EDC can continue to champion PAU’s mission and vision of developing professionals and businesses grounded in competence and strong moral values. She reminded us why EDC was established and the legacy we are building together.

We also had an engaging session on future-ready effectiveness with @isiomautomi challenging us to think ahead, work smarter, and stay adaptable in an evolving world of work and how to remain human, thoughtful, and values-driven in a fast-paced, technology-led world.

As we aligned on our objectives for 2026, we’re stepping into the rest of the retreat committed not just to ideas, but to intentional follow-up and meaningful follow-through.
