Our sunrise recording from Meredith is now up online!

To say this has been our bucket list gig of all time would still be an understatement. We are blown away by the love (and stamina), from everyone that stayed up with us to the most glorious sun-drenched 7am of our lives.

We’d love to thank the entire hard working and talented team at this festival! And special thanks to our dearest friend Katie Pearson for being the best stage manager and friend in the world, we felt so held and safe up there, and to Milly for added moral support 🙂
To Kayzar for lighting up the sup to stratospheric levels, to David and Roy for working magic from the sound booth, our agent James Ware for always being there for us, to Mary for calming energy and a tight transfer schedule, to Kale and chip for capturing the mems, to Jungles Jungles for kitting us out, and to all our besties in the front row.

And to anyone who has come to one of our parties over the last 13 years 😀

A sun-soaked broadcast from two of Naarm's favourite selectors.⁠

@waxoparadiso started out as a record fair in the mid-2010s. Since then, it's grown into a beloved event series and now a record label, with @eddfisher and @simon_tk's becoming pillars of Naarm's scene, crafting paradisiacal musical worlds wherever they go. The duo gatherings drift from amphitheatres to old convents and open fields, each shaped by that breezy, open-hearted energy they're known for.⁠

Our downstairs weekly ritual expands across two levels this Thursday for the public holiday eve - starting early and rolling deep into the wee hours.

For the first time, Edd Fisher & Jimi Dawg hit the B2B upstairs, alongside KiTA B2B Afreckle, with Silentjay, Chino + Lori holding things down below.

Wax’o Paradiso returns to @tender_place_ once more. In winter’s peak we are trading the dancefloor’s pulse for a deeper rhythm. Shifting into horizontal, lateral and patient mode to present an extended evening of shared experience through deeper listening. ❤️

We are more than excited to present a dear friend, longtime member of the Wax’o Paradiso family and certainly one of our favourite selectors and producers on the planet, @monteaubeurre

Wearer of many (and varied) hats, Montana had us fall in love with her selections many years ago, and since then has had us in awe of every project she puts her considerable talent towards.

As a DJ and curator we (and many of the Naarm community) have fallen in love with her ‘Melting Moments’ Skylab segment, or recordings from her Boorlo-based backyard listening sessions ‘Personal Space’. More recently she’s been picking up the axe and synthesizer and wowing us with her productions.

If that’s not enough she has just co-founded Boorloo’s newest online community radio platform @radiocazimi alongside collaborator @ephacy_ 📡

PSA for those coming to Dark Mofo over the next two weekends!

We will now be hosting two Sunday parties at @ours.hobart 🔊 These will be vinyl-only affairs on the legendary @pittandgiblin soundsystem, and very much subject to availability.

Tickets will be on sale from tomorrow morning 10am AEST. They will be available via residency advisor and on a first come first serve basis. There will be no guestlist for these events due to limited capacity. 🏃🏽‍♀️

For our Saturday night parties at @donfricohobart there will be plenty of tickets on the door :)

Who’s heading to Dark Mofo??? 😈

It’s been a few years since we have thrown a party in the home of our Dystopian alter ego and frigid-yet-balearic spiritual home, Nipaluna.

We’re bringing the whole show on the road for TWO DATES, throwing down on the mighty Pitt & Giblin system at the newly-opened Don Frico.

The last two times we threw down in Cold Ibiza they had to call the fire brigade. 🚒🔥🧯
