I’ve always wanted to keep this channel real and show the full journey.

These slides show my progress from the very first time I picked up a rope to 2026.

From learning the basics, building foundation skills, and unlocking combos — to continuing to step outside my comfort zone.

I’ve spent over 15 years in the fitness game - coaching on gym floors, working in football and chasing performance-based goals across different sports.

In 2020 I picked up a jump rope and the rest, as they say, is history.

Jump rope is a full-body workout every time you pick it up — a simple, effective way to improve fitness, balance, coordination, and footwork. It’s challenging but fun, which is exactly why I’m hooked.

All of that experience has gone into building Eddie Jumps.

The goal is simple: to inspire others to pick up a rope, improve their skills, and enjoy the process as much as I do.
