Walking with purpose, love, and plenty of tacos! 💜

The fight against ALS hits very close to home for our Eddie’s Taco House family. After losing our beloved matriarch to her battle with ALS, we are endlessly grateful for the ALS Association and the vital support they provide to families navigating this journey.

Giving back to the community that holds us up is at the core of everything we do. At this year’s Walk to Defeat ALS, our team showed up the best way we know how: walking in honor of Magda Caballero (“Wind Warriors”) and serving up complimentary tacos, tamales, and ice-cold fresh lemonade to all the incredible participants.
Fighting ALS—one taco, one step, and one day at a time. 🦋✨

Food really is family. 🤍✨

With 50 years of memories at Eddie’s, so many longtime customers remember Priscilla running through the dining room as the “little hostess,” right alongside her grandmother, Maria, and her mom, Magda!

Her favorite childhood snack? A fresh, warm flour tortilla rolled with butter (and jelly!), learned from regulars like Don Trine.

Who remembers seeing Priscilla grow up at the restaurant? Share your favorite Eddie’s memory below! ❤️

Life lesson: When someone asks if you want one taco, the answer is always “No… I want FIVE.”

Lining up the heavy hitters at Eddie’s Taco House:
• Bean & Cheese
• Carne Guisada
• Chorizo & Egg
• Barbacoa
• Weenie & Egg

Served hot, stacked right, and ready to cure any craving. Which one are you grabbing first?

Together, we can make a difference—one taco at a time. ❤️

On Tuesday, September 15, 2026, Eddie’s Taco House is honoring the life, legacy, and memory of our beloved founder and inspiration, Magda Caballero, along with all those fighting ALS and those who have lost their battle.

To support the Walk to Defeat ALS, 10% of all sales from both locations on September 15th will be donated directly to the cause in memory of Ms. Magda Caballero:
402 West Cevallos | 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
3755 Thousand Oaks | 6:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Whether you stop by for breakfast tacos, join us for lunch, or bring the family for dinner, your meal directly helps support the fight for a cure.

Can’t make it in person or want to do more? Scan the QR code in the graphic or visit the link in our bio to join our team or donate
