Looking back at where I started, Im proud of the work i’ve put in.

I love competing, training, and seeing how far I can push myself. Feeling very grateful and blessed for the new memories, the people I’ve met, and the opportunities along the way, in and outside of fitness.

Just keep going and get the work done.

First Men’s Solo HYROX in the books.

I have to keep reminding myself to be patient. Coming from a bodybuilding background, I’m new to running, HYROX, and hybrid training.

4 month training block. A lot of two a days, nagging injuries, personal shit, and figuring things out as I went.

Obsessed with pushing myself in a completely different way.

I raced this one a little reserved to test things out, and walked away knowing exactly what I need to work on and improve.

Baseline set. Lessons learned. Time to put in the work.

On to the next one. taken in Washington D. C. by @eddiie_h
