I love working out and running so much! Those two things have been my biggest passions throughout my entire life! However incorporating all that with some type of martial arts or even boxing might be best! I mean we live in a pretty fucked up world, you just never know when you’ll have to defend yourself. We don’t call the cops over here, at least I don’t! lol Like Nipsey once said “stay dangerous” ✌️

Here’s a few of the paintings I’ve collected throughout the years. Some I kept for myself, others were gifted to friends and some were custom made by requests. All these pieces were made by my good friend Vincent. He also was the one responsible for most of my ink. He did my entire upper body with the exception of my right arm. Dudes a righteous artist and a great human being. They don’t make them like that anymore. For someone that’s been wrongfully convicted I’m impressed he’s still motivated to keep on painting. Most ppl would simply give up and say “fuck life” after being in there more than 30+ years! 🫡👊🏽

Only merch worth obtaining was this Nipsey & PAC shirt! I saw a dude performing on the street that’s probably a bigger Tupac fan than me! lol 😂

Thanks to my prima @kariina.aacero for hanging out with me & for also showing me around the strip. We both had never rode a self driving taxi before. Therefore we got on one of them @zoox android cars.😂 I just hope they never malfunction while someone is on board.

Went to visit family in Nevada and fell in love with this fitness center at a local park. The place was well put together with many obstacles that challenge all your upper body muscles. Plus their trail around the park is 1 mile long. Perfect since I really don’t track my running like that. lol 😆

Couldn’t ask for a better weekend. The weather was perfect for outdoor activities. I was able to get some miles in & a nice workout in the breeze. I’ll take a cloudy day over the heat any day of the week!

Even though I was buried alive, I always managed to smile! 😃 I knew that my ignorance and arrogance got me committed. Therefore I was never a miserable person like most ppl. While the rest of the prison population wasted their time on prison politics & getting high. I stuck to my script by hitting the books & working out 5 to 6 days a week. Doing that kept me sane for years! This isn’t a flex and I’m not gloating about jail or prison! Stay free y’all and watch out for who or what you pledge your loyalty to! Just a friendly reminder that prison sucks! lol 😂

Throwback photo to 2017 I believe! Not sure to keep it 💯 but it was right before I got fully tattooed 🤷🏽‍♂️ I was 32 years old here!
