Change is the only constant. We are all changing, always. The question worth asking is who are you changing into? Create a story for yourself, about your future self, that is the most outrageously dope story you can believe. Tell yourself that story often. It will begin to steer the process of change to be in alignment with this belief. The stronger, more sincere the belief, the greater the rate of change.

Weekly push up max. Why? Bc weekly goals compound here in the physical realm. I’ve lacked structured, specific, fitness goals the past several years and have just prioritized consistency, exploration, and exhaustion. Specific, measurable, time based goals are powerful. Both for physical growth and businesses growth. So I’m setting the goal of being able to do 100 strict, non stop pushups by my birthday. About 15 weeks from now. I’ll post a weekly max attempt. Don’t just watch, set one yourself!!! Post about it, hold yourself accountable through this funny platform. Or send it to your friends/fam. Set a baseline (do it now), set an action + cadence (text a video to your supporter(s) every Friday), goal by a date (25 non stop strict pushups by Labor Day weekend, EOY), punishment if you miss the cadence ($$$ or public embarrassment). LETS GOOOO

I tell myself everyday out loud “investing in my health is investing in my wealth”. The belief that you must compromise one for the other is a falsehood. Don’t let your mind succumb to it. Fortify it through spoken mantra and action 📈💪🏼
