Née aux balbutiements de l’escalade, la varappe retient avant tout sa manière d’aborder les rochers. Pratiquée à l’origine par de vrais passionnés, de manière bien informelle, elle résulte d’un amour pour les éléments qui nous entourent et la simple envie d’aller les découvrir. Roland était là avant l’âge d’or des stations de sports d’hiver. C’est en gardant les vaches de ses parents qu’il a commencé à crapahuter sur les rochers avoisinants. Quelques 60 ans après, Edgar (@edgarcheylus) et Jean ont grandi les skis aux pieds. Baignant dans un milieu où la montagne n’est souvent considérée que comme un terrain de jeu, ils cherchent eux aussi à simplifier leurs aventures, trouver de la beauté dans leurs lignes, et vraiment profiter de ce qui les entoure.
