My number one supporter @30madi I love you so much and I just wanna thank you for dealing with me through my bodybuilding prep you saw all my ups all my downs I always talk to you about how much bodybuilding means to me and I want to thank you for always supporting me throughout my journey without you. Don’t even know where to start.

A year ago, I saw this kid at the gym doing squats. He was only 17 years old, squatting almost 475 pounds. I remember thinking, “Wow.”

I walked up to him and introduced myself.

“Hey, how you doing? I’m RC Training. I’m a bodybuilding prep coach.”

I told him, “You’ve got a lot of potential, brother. I know you’re training like a powerlifter because you want to be stronger, but if your goal is bodybuilding, you’re training the wrong way. Let me help you. Come train legs with the RC Training team next Saturday. I’d love to have you on the team.”

That was the beginning.

Now, a year later, I’m just incredibly proud of this kid. He’s put in the work day after day. He’s stayed on his meals, pushed through every workout, and even on the days he didn’t feel 100%, he st owed up and gave everything he had…

Honestly very proud of the package i brought came this time fuller very stacked classes more competitive competition this time compare to last show there was atleast 18+ people in novice and open and I made first call outs at 18 years old next time we bringing home the overall time to grow and focus on putting more size this is just the beginning on my bodybuilding journey can’t wait for what’s next @rc__training best coach in the game love this dude to death he’s like a father figure to me and I wanna thank all my friends that came to watch me means the world to me. @powerhouse.tampa.florida thank you for coming out to watch best gym in Tampa yall go check it out, but anyways it’s time for the off season and bring home an overall next time 🖤.
