happy birthday to my best friend, fiance, and future husband!!! I truly feel the love of Christ through how you love and lead me.

All growing up I dreamed of my handsome prince who would come in and sweep me off my feet, but you did more than just that. You’ve been patient with me since day one, respectfully pursued me even when I was unsure, and always been my biggest encourager even through long distance. You know me better than I know myself, and with knowing the not glamorous parts of me, still have chosen to spend the rest of your life with me.

That’s the love of Christ, while we were still sinners Jesus died for us, knowing everything bad we would do, Jesus thought of each one of us by name and died for us all. That is true unconditional love. And to think I feel just a slice of this love from you, an imperfect man, just imagine how much the Father loves us.

I can’t wait to keep choosing to put God first in our marriage and see what He will do with us for His kingdom.
