POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

We leveled up.

After 5 years building and leading Seed Real Estate with @semihmenda across Lisbon, I’m proud to share an important evolution in our journey. Seed is now operating as Coldwell Banker Seed.

This decision was driven by scale and ambition. We reached a point where our systems, values, and client expectations required a larger platform. Coldwell Banker shares and reinforces the principles that shaped Seed from day one: transparency, client focus, professionalism, and innovation. The partnership gives us global reach, technology, experience, and support that allow us to deliver better for those who trust us.

What remains unchanged is who we are. Same leadership. Same team. Same approach centred on clarity, structure, and long-term strategy.

What becomes stronger is our capacity:
• Expanded agent network
• Deeper knowledge
• National and international exposure
• Advanced tools
• Greater opportunities for buyers, sellers, and investors

I want to thank everyone who has supported us so far. Clients who believed in us. Partners who worked by our side. And especially the team that chose to build something meaningful together.

Big thanks to @cb_frederico_abecassis and @coldwellbankerportugal for this collaboration and for believing in our vision.

This transition is not the end of a chapter but the beginning of a bigger one. My commitment is stronger than ever.

- To elevate the profession.
- To build long-term value for clients.
- To grow talent.
- And to help shape the future of real estate in Portugal.

Coldwell Banker | Seed is only the starting point.
More offices. More markets. More impact.

Looking forward to what we will build next together. taken in Lisbon, Portugal by @eden_bouchoucha

You probably know what a Seed means. But for us, It’s a process of care, strategy, and purpose.

Just like in real estate, growth doesn’t happen by chance.
Requires a solid foundation, quality resources, and the right people.

At Seed Real Estate, we build value. We grow trust.
And we cultivate every moment, so tomorrow can bloom...

A Hidden Gem by the Sea in Ericeira

Let me take you to a truly special property exclusive with @seedrealestate, a rare gem nestled in the Ericeira area, offering breathtaking panoramic ocean views, complete privacy, nature, and understated luxury.

Property Highlights:
- 30,000 m² of land
- 9 bedrooms, private pool, and multiple parking spaces
- Frame houses + separate guest units
- Private access to the beach
- Vast green garden with stunning landscaping
- Solar panels & private water system
- Additional land with unused potential

From the moment I stepped into this place, I felt a unique sense of calm. Every corner of the property opens to the sea — whether you're swimming in the stone-lined pool, enjoying the outdoor terraces, or simply walking through the gardens, you're surrounded by nature and silence.

One of the spaces was originally built for animals — today, it’s waiting for its new owners to transform it into whatever they dream of.

I’ve honestly never seen anything like it — the view is unreal, and the potential is even bigger: for agriculture, eco-living, or just peaceful luxury.

Empowering Teams, Strengthening Connections!

As a CEO, one of my greatest joys is working alongside passionate individuals who are driven to excel in their craft. Here I am with three incredible real estate agents, all with French nationality, who are a part of the Seed Real Estate family.

Real estate is not just about properties—it’s about people, relationships, and communication. Building strong, transparent connections with my team is at the heart of what we do.

One month ago, I married the love of my life, and the memories still feel like a dream. ❤️

From the first look to the last dance, every moment was filled with pure joy and love.
I am beyond blessed to call this incredible woman my wife and to start this new chapter of forever together.

A huge thank you to our family and friends who were there to celebrate with us.

Your love and support made our day unforgettable, and we are so grateful for each and every one of you. Here's to love, laughter, and all the beautiful moments ahead! 🥂 taken in Casa dos Penedos by @eden_bouchoucha
