World Mental Health Day may have been yesterday, but making time for our wellbeing doesn’t belong to just one day.

For the final question in our series, we’re looking forward. Whether it’s a holiday, seeing someone you love, your next day off or simply what you’re having for dinner, sometimes it’s the smallest things on the horizon that can bring a little happiness to our day.

So, what are you looking forward to? ✨

Today is World Mental Health Day, and a reminder of the importance of making time for ourselves and the things that help us feel good.
For the fourth question in our series, we asked our teams: How do you switch off? 🌿

From the everyday rituals to the people, places and pastimes that help us unwind, everyone has their own way.

A favourite place, somewhere that feels like home, or simply being surrounded by the people you love. Sometimes it’s the places and moments that feel most familiar that mean the most.

For question three, we asked our teams: Where is your happy place? 🌿

Now we’re asking you. Where’s yours?

I arrived at The Greenway Hotel for a stay… and immediately didn’t want to leave 🤍
@thegreenwayhotel
Tucked away in the beautiful Gloucestershire countryside, The Greenway is the kind of place that makes you slow down as soon as you arrive. The hotel is absolutely stunning, with elegant interiors, gorgeous grounds and that peaceful country-house feeling throughout.

My bedroom was phenomenal: beautifully relaxing, full of character and so lovely to come back to after a day of unwinding. Breakfast was brought right to my bedroom, making for such a lovely, slow start to the day. Especially feeling fatigued and a fibro flare up.

The thoughtful service carried on into the evening, too. The team came in for turn-down service, drew the curtains, refreshed the water and got the room ready for bedtime. Such a lovely touch.

I enjoyed exceptional food at The Garden Room, the pudding was insane!

I also spent time at Elan Spa. There’s an indoor hydrotherapy pool, outdoor Vitality pool, sauna, steam room, sanarium and fitness suite. The spa itself was small but intimate, and my treatment was incredible. I’d arrived feeling tense, with lots of knots, and my therapist was so professional and gentle. They use TEMPLESPA products, and I was genuinely impressed by the quality.
Loved that I had my own selection in my bedroom too!

Beautiful setting, great start to autumn. The staff were so warm and helpful even when I misplaced my keys!

incredible food and the perfect place to properly relax. I really didn’t want to leave

📍 The Greenway Hotel & Spa, Shurdington, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, GL51 4UG

We’re delighted to share that Eden Hotel Collection has won the Excellence in HR Technology Award at HR in Hospitality’s Annual Awards for Excellence in HR.

The award recognises a new way of sharing knowledge across our hotels, with our teams creating their own short training videos covering everything from preparing a guest bedroom to making the perfect espresso martini.

It means the people who know our hotels best can share their experience with one another, helping us continue to deliver the thoughtful service and little details that make a stay with Eden Hotel Collection special.

With 98% training engagement across the collection, we’re incredibly proud of our teams for embracing it and making it their own.

A big congratulations to everyone involved. 👏

A change in season calls for a change in menu. 🍂

And @chef.abi has been working on some spectacular new dishes, bringing together rich, comforting flavours and seasonal ingredients in delicious new ways.

On the menu: Braised Ox Cheek, soft saffron polenta, gremolata and braising liquor.
The kind of dish made for settling into the season. 🍷
