A little sneak peek of something exciting! 💙
After a long time of planning and designing, we’ve finally received the first sample of our very own Eden Pasticceria branded boxes!
It’s a big investment for our small business, and something we’ve been looking forward to for quite some time!
To many, it might seem like just a box… but to us, it means so much more.
We see every little achievement as a big milestone, because we know how much hard work, dedication and sacrifice goes into building something from the ground up.
And that’s why we love sharing these moments with you. Because you’re part of our journey too!
We couldn’t wait to show you our first sample!
So… what do you think?

I want to say something to all of you ❤️ by @edenpasticceria

What an absolute honour to welcome Vincenzo Tamborrino to Eden Pasticceria!
A man who has always represented passion, quality and the highest standards in Italian pastry.
Having him visit my pasticceria and hearing his beautiful compliments about our products, quality and attention to detail truly meant a lot to me.
Recognition from someone you deeply respect is something truly special. #grazie by @edenpasticceria

We had almost nothing… except a dream ❤️

Today I want to say a huge thank you to Michele Zappia, an incredibly talented musician with a beautiful passion for our traditional Calabrian tarantella.
Michele has been playing since he was a child and has an incredible collection of organettos (traditional Italian accordions) at home.
He came to visit me at Eden Pasticceria, brought his organetto, let me play it, and even gifted me his tambourine. Such a meaningful gesture that genuinely touched my heart.
For a moment, I wasn’t in Sydney anymore. I was back in my beloved Calabria.
I could almost see the village festivals, people dancing tarantella in the streets, the smell of ’nduja and soppressata, the music, the laughter and all those beautiful memories of growing up in Southern Italy.
For those who don’t know, I stopped playing the organetto almost 12 years ago.
And yes, I’m VERY rusty! 😂 I’ve forgotten so many notes and I know I need a lot of practice.
But do you know what’s incredible?
Every time I pick up that instrument, something magical happens. My fingers somehow start moving on their own. My brain might have forgotten the notes, but my hands and my heart seem to remember them.
And suddenly, I’m that little Calabrian boy again, playing the music he grew up loving.
Some people have commented that I’m better at making pastries than playing music! 😂 And they’re probably right!
But I’m not playing to prove how good I am. I’m playing because it makes me happy. Because it brings me home. Because it reminds me who I am and where I come from.
Watching Michele play with such incredible talent and passion was honestly beautiful. It makes me so proud to see people like him keeping our traditions alive, even on the other side of the world.
Thank you, Michele, for your time, your beautiful gift and, most importantly, for bringing back a little piece of my childhood.
We may live thousands of kilometres away from Calabria, but Calabria will never leave our hearts.
And if you hear me playing a few wrong notes, please be patient… I’ve got 12 years of practice to catch up on 😂 by @edenpasticceria
