before anyone says a single vow, there’s a minute where the dress is just hanging there, waiting. that’s the part nobody sees, but it’s already changed everything for both of you.

then it’s the moment he sees her walking down the aisle — a laugh that catches him off guard, even after their first look, just the two of them, minutes before. then the portrait— the one that ends up on the wall. then walking away as the veil catches the wind and the whole hillside looks like it was made for this exact hour.

that’s a wedding day — the still moments and the ones that catch you off guard, all captured exactly as they actually happened, not staged to look that way.

somewhere in these photos, a toddler ends up upside down mid-giggle, gripping her dad’s shirt like her life depends on it. it lasted three seconds.

that’s the kind of moment you don’t plan — it just happens. while you’re standing under a tree, waiting for everyone to look at the camera at the same time, and then somebody laughs at nothing.

a toddler needs to wonder and a kid needs a minute to wiggle before they come back to you — we make space for that. every session, every time.

we let them be exactly who they are.

The ultrasound you held onto for months. The big sister who had no clue her world is about to change. The nursery dance parties before it’s even ‘ready’. The blurred in between moments you don’t think you’d want — until you do.

Adrian and Chris are such a gift. Their love for each other is so kind — and it was so sweet to get to witness it.

It’s truly just who they are.

The whole morning was gentle. Easy. Nothing forced, nothing rushed. It just flowed.

It was quiet, but in all of the right ways. Just two people loving each other, being with each other.

And it is exactly why it is worth documenting. Your everyday love is the thing most worth keeping.
