Hi, we’re Figure 8! ⭐

Our story began in October 2008 from a guest bedroom in Echo Park. Step by step, we grew from just our founder, Ed Faktorovich, to a small team with an office on Sunset Blvd.

Since then, we’ve climbed to new heights and have been lucky enough to work with hundreds of incredible clients from all walks of life — we’re honored to have been a part of each of their journeys. It isn’t lost on us how special it is to be trusted with such massive life decisions.

Figure 8 has grown to a team of over twenty dedicated real estate agents and more than a dozen full-time members of The Fix Construction and 8 PM, Inc., a close-knit community based out of our new East Hollywood headquarters.

I’m thrilled to lead Figure 8 Realty as the CEO, Founder, and Broker, alongside our fantastic sister companies. My journey kicked off in the 90s punk rock scene, where that DIY ethos ignited my entrepreneurial spirit for community building and paved the way for Figure 8’s success.

Since launching Figure 8 back in 2008, we’ve thrived on adaptability and innovation. By staying community-focused, we’ve built more than just a business, we’ve become trusted friends and guides for our clients, helping them every step of the way. We’re defined by the community we serve!

I’m the General Contractor/Co-Founder of The Fix Construction, as well as Partner of our management company, 8 PM, Inc. I have over a decade of experience in managing real estate properties and seven years in remodeling and restoring homes.

In my twenties, I took the plunge and bought a fourplex, diving headfirst into managing it myself. With some experience in real estate sales, I found myself drawn to the worlds of property management and construction.

In 2016, I joined Figure 8 as a Property Management Assistant, slowly working my way up through the company to eventually become Partner. With the help of our team, we were able to launch The Fix, our in-house design and construction company.
