Celebrating the vegetables of fall! 🥦🍂

I’m delighted to be featured in the Fall issue of @edibleberkshires413 in an article all about brassicas—the family of vegetables that includes broccoli, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, and more.

These cool-weather vegetables have long had a place at the Italian table, and they’re some of my favorites to cook with as the seasons change.

Along with the article, I’m sharing several family recipes that put these humble vegetables front and center. They’re simple, flavorful, and naturally gluten-free. It’s a reminder that eating well doesn’t have to be complicated.
