@6thfloorproject was the surprising part two of a fabulous trip to nebraska for #knowhowmccook! not only did it hold @sleep_debt ‘s incredible installation of local and international remedies, it is by far the coolest art space i’ve been in in a long time! worth the trek from any corner of the planet! @jofalkenburg and @biggayuncle are doing great things in nebraska!! by @ediecwells

we lost a treasure today…an angel who demonstrated true love and compassion for others, especially those less fortunate and different. quite a while ago my sis and i were in nyc and decided to go see the today show. dolly performed that day…we were the lucky ones. 😍 😭💔 by @ediecwells

😍 my favorite little man turned four today and we had so much fun celebrating him last weekend!! no one told me being his “deedee” (bonus grandma) would be my favorite role EVER! he brings so much joy, laughter, energy, fun and love to every day…i love every minute! 🥰🥳🎁🚂❤️ by @ediecwells

💔still numb and in shock and feeling a little lost without this force of nature, my dear friend cynthia, gone much too soon. even through her treatments much of last year, our conversations always included ideas for what we were going to do next like did i want to judge some show or teach some workshops together. she was so productive, connected, energetic, creative, organized, and inspiring. we loved to one up the other with our latest grandkid pictures and laugh at the cuteness. she taught me to truly love watercolor and generously mentored me when i had the opportunity to start teaching it. we were great partners in many shenanigans and i cherish the countless memories we made together. i am a profoundly better human from knowing her and miss her deeply. #cancersucks

there will be a memorial service in march. i’ll post details when i hear. if you have a few favorite photos, please send and I’ll pass on to her brother who will be making a beautiful presentation of a life well lived. by @ediecwells

😻 look at that face! meet ZIPPY…he showed up at our house months ago via the cat distribution highway. he was very afraid of humans but also very hungry! i think he’s pretty young though he is a big kitty now. he now loves to snuggle and purrs like a machine. he’s curious about coming inside but bob is very allergic, so i’m looking for a foster to help him learn how to be an indoor kitty. i love him so much and want him to live his best life indoors in a loving home. i will cover neuter and shots. please share if you know someone who might be willing…thank you! by @ediecwells

😍 what an amazing experience today watching four adorable pups graduate with @canineorg with their inmate trainers at the federal prison in beaumont, tx! i wish i could have taken pictures while inside during the ceremony, but this program is a winner for all involved from inmates, staff, officers, tx/la volunteers and the future owners who will receive these service dogs free. canine companions is an incredible organization…check them out and donate or get involved if this touches your heart and you can…i’m in love! 😍🐶 by @ediecwells
