Moving past your comfort zone isn’t a cute little glow‑up… it’s a rebirth. Its’s the moment you stop choosing what feels familiar and start choosing what feels true. Comfort keeps you calm. Growth keeps you powerful.
And I’m done mistaking safety for destiny. I choose to step where it stretches me, it’s where the real version of me shows up.#ifbb #figuremasters #growth #unbothered by @ediefitdiva_ifbbpro

Sometimes the dark feels safe…
because the light makes you see everything.
But I’m done hiding from my own reflection.
I’m stepping past ‘safe’ and into my power. #stepforward #reflection #unbothered #manifest #ifbb by @ediefitdiva_ifbbpro

🇺🇸 I AM NOT INVISIBLE! 🇺🇸💪

I am a WOMAN.
I am a VETERAN.
I am an ATHLETE.
I am STRONG.
I AM NOT INVISIBLE!

For 20 years, I proudly served in the United States Air Force (1988–2008). Today, my uniform may be different, but my commitment to service, leadership, strength, and inspiring others remains unwavering.

As a retired Air Force Veteran and IFBB Figure Pro bodybuilder and athlete, I know that strength has no age limit, determination has no expiration date, and every story deserves to be seen and heard. 💪🏽

I’m honored to be part of the I Am Not Invisible campaign, which highlights the courage, resilience, sacrifices, and accomplishments of women Veterans.

We are mothers, daughters, leaders, warriors, professionals, and champions. We served. We sacrificed. We matter.

To every woman Veteran: Stand tall, own your story, and never let anyone make you feel invisible. Keep breaking barriers!

My service is part of my story, but it does not define my limits!

Veterans show up — men and women, side‑by‑side — leading, serving, and strengthening our community.
We stood with the San Antonio Coalition for Veterans & Families at Magnolia’s 7th Annual Pancake Eating Competition, celebrating unity, service, and the people who keep this city moving.

The Woman Veteran Calendar represents visibility and legacy for women who served, and we proudly support events that uplift the entire veteran community.
Men and women. Past and present. All branches. All stories.

Community. Camaraderie. Pancakes.
That’s how we show up in San Antonio.

We honored the women who wore the uniform and still carry the weight of service with grace.
The Woman Veteran Calendar Launch Party was more than a celebration — it was a moment of recognition, healing, and pride.

Each woman featured in the 2027 Calendar represents courage, resilience, and a story that deserves to be held up to the light.
We gathered to celebrate them… and to remind the world that women veterans are here, powerful, present, and unforgettable.

To the promoters, judges, backstage expeditors, tan + glam teams — thank you for the professionalism, the patience, and the magic you bring to every athlete who steps under those lights. You make the chaos feel calm and the moment feel sacred.
Blessed to have a coach who guides me with intention, honesty, and belief. And a husband, family, and friends who keep me grounded and lifted at the same time — the kind of support that makes the hard days lighter and the victories sweeter.
I’m always in awe of the athletes who show up for each other — the ones who hype you backstage, fix your suit, calm your nerves, and celebrate your wins like their own. That sisterhood is unmatched, and it’s one of the reasons I love this sport.
Again I stood on that stage representing Veteran Women, this will always be an honor. We carry strength differently… and beautifully. We advocate, uplift, and make sure we are seen — and I’m proud to be part of that legacy.
As a 56 year old competitor, this weekend wasn’t just a competition, it was a reminder of perseverance, community, resilience, and purpose. And now…
I’m heading into offseason on a high, taking in every bit of feedback from the judges and my coach, ready to hit the ground running. Back to the lab. Back to the work. Preparing to bring a different look and a whole new package in 2027.
The mission continues — and I’m just getting started.

Heart full, spirit steady, and gratitude overflowing.
To the promoters, judges, backstage expeditors, tan + makeup team… thank you for the professionalism, the patience, and the magic you bring to every athlete who steps on that stage. You make the experience unforgettable. Blessed to have a coach who guides me with intention, honesty, and belief. And a husband, family, and friends who are my rock — the kind of support that keeps me grounded and lifted at the same time.
To my cheerleader bestie who traveled all the way from Louisiana just to scream for me… you already know how deeply I appreciate you. I’m always in awe of the athletes who show up for each other — the ones who hype you backstage, fix your suit, calm your nerves, and celebrate your wins like their own. That sisterhood is unmatched.
Lastly, proud to stand on that stage representing Veteran Women — the ones who are too often forgotten, yet continue to advocate, uplift, and make sure we are seen. We carry strength differently… and beautifully. This weekend wasn’t just a competition. It was a reminder of community, resilience, and purpose.

Happy Birthday to our powerhouse sister, Edie! 🎉💛

She is an integral part of the Woman Veteran Calendar family — a dedicated board member, our incredible Mentorship Chair, and a constant force at our community events. Whether she’s lifting up women veterans, representing us in the community, or literally lifting weights as a bodybuilder and fitness diva, Edi shows up with strength, heart, and unstoppable energy.

She’s also an Air Force retiree with 20 years of service, and she continues to embody the values of leadership, resilience, and sisterhood every single day. 🇺🇸

Edie, thank you for your service, your mentorship, and the way you pour into this mission. We are so grateful for you.
Happiest birthday — we love you! ✨🎂💪 by @ediefitdiva_ifbbpro

I carry a quiet softness that lets me breathe through storms. But I also carry the part of me that stays alert, steady, and ready — the one that says, ‘I’ve got your six, always. #gotyoursix #steady #softness #femalemuscle #womenwholift by @ediefitdiva_ifbbpro
