Performing at Fringe and still looking for that elusive review?

If you have got to the end of your Fringe run, and have yet to have a reviewer visit your show, I have cleared my diary for Thursday 27th August 9am-6pm.

Drop me a message if you would like more details!

Hope everyone has a great last week of Fringe!
Gary

( Note - if I get multiple requests, preference will be given to first-time Fringe performers)

"Where have I seen this guy before?" TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube... pretty much everywhere!
Great to meet Charlie on Thursday, and see his debut solo show 'Hungry', which is playing everyday at 11:30 @ The Three Sisters (The Live Room at Laughing Horse) until the 30th August ( --> so yeap, you can go along and see his show as part of the Free Festival this morning!).

Right from the start of his new show, Charlie lets you know he loves loud shirts—and like a Hawaiian surfer hitting the crest, he’s riding the next big wave of comedy. If you don't see him live at the Fringe this year, we suspect you'll see him on TV very soon!

Info : ( show is free-ticketed) 🎟

If we could award stars for freebies, this wee chair we were given yesterday from Furniture Boys definitely won our ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

Lovely to meet Emily yesterday and wish the team the best with their Fringe run!

You can't fault Kie Carson's commitment to the success of his show!
I saw him flyering twice yesterday - once in a downpour on Cowgate and one under the blue skies of Lothian Road.
Truly hard working - Rain or Shine!
Hope you have a great Fringe Kie!

Was lovely to meet the team from @scotchbonnetproductions last week and see their fantastic production of 'About a Bogle' : a mix of folk tales and original music bringing to life a new version of a traditional Scottish myth.

Wishing them all the best for their final performance today!

It was lovely to meet Spencer Waldner from Los Angeles on Thursday, who has brought his one-man play to Edinburgh.

This Fringe first-timer cleverly weaves angst, dark comedy, and personal anecdotes into a dark confessional performance piece that perhaps defies neat categorisation. What it doesn't defy, however, is your full attention from start to finish.

After the show it was lovely to speak to Spencer who is an actor and writer originally from Alabama, and known for Crossword (2024), 5 Years Apart (2020), and Nerve (2021).
Wishing him every success at Fringe!

Met this lovely crew today on the Royal Mile, out promoting their new comedy play 'Book Club', which runs from 17th to 22nd August at theSpace, Surgeons Hall.

I wonder if they know the 2002 Scottish TV show 'The Book Group' starting Michelle Gomez and Game of Throne's Rory McCann?

BENCHES - LAST CHANCE THIS AFTERNOON!!
The Fringe isn't just theatre and comedy.

It's a coming together of the Arts and this immersive exhibition of photos ( with music, audio and other interactive media) by Tim Hart and presented by Sam Loveless is the exact spirit of this.

As an interdisciplinary artist and composer, Sam uses music to bring to life objects that we can perhaps view as mundane and ordinary, but take on a fascinating new perspective here.

THE FREE EXHIBITION COMES TO THE END OF ITS RUN THIS AFTERNOON so if you want to see and experience something very different this Fringe , get down to the exhibit space at the Bakery, 18 Brunswick Street Lane EH7 5JG ( very near the Omni Centre).

It was a pleasure to meet Sam this morning, find out more about his Uncle's photography, and discover more about his future plans.

For anyone interested in interdisciplinary art, I would really recommend seeing this exhibition whilst you still can.
