West Village Windows are up! A big thanks to @robinkrupnick who was just as excited as we were to put Jerry Seinfeld, King Kong, Cher, The Museum of Natural History Whale, Fran Leibowitz, Statler & Waldorf (The Muppets), The statue of liberty, Pizza Rat & Danny Devito Walking his dog and our favorite New York Icons all on the windows to announce our new opening.

📍Edith’s Sandwich Counter - Williamsburg, BK

One of my fav places to get a bagel sammie in Williamsburg!🥯

The BEC & Latke is phenomenal and I looove the sharp American cheese that they make it with. The eggs are soft and fluffy and latke adds a great crunch.

The frozen cold brew with tahini was also such a crowd favorite - it’s dairy free and huge! I would def share this one with a friend.

Overall a little pricier than other shops, but is definitely a guilty pleasure when you need a treat yourself moment✨

The @amberwavesfarm Eggplant Schnitzel Sandwich in all its glory.

@frenchettebakery bread, crispy fried Amber waves Farm peak season eggplant, Orange & Date mostarda, roasted crunchy almonds and a Curly purple lettuce salad with fresh mint and citrus vinaigrette. topped it a lot of shaved parm that melts right in.

It tasted like fall, goes to a great cause and is truly so delicious that we may try to keep it full time.

we are rounding out a completely wild summer with one that really matters! our friends at @amberwavesfarm do a lot of incredible work for our local community as a teaching farm.

So, this is our Ediths x Amber Waves Eggplant Schnitzel sandwich, with a Date & orange mostarda. TOASTED ALMONDS, Lemony Minty Citrusy Curly Lettuce Salad & a TON of the finest Parmigiano Reggiano. Perfectly wrapped up between @frenchettebakery bread.
