Six Wednesdays of battles. One Friday championship. Plus Beats on the Block. 🔊

Beatdown took over Nashville this summer — a DJ competition that became so much more than a contest. Week after week the same faces kept showing up, and somewhere between the battles and the bass, strangers turned into friends. I walked in knowing a few people. I walked out with a community.

Thank you @beatdownglobal for building this — for giving Nashville DJs a real stage, and giving this city a reason to come together. Thank you @connect__atlanta for giving the champ his golden-hour victory set. And congrats @jj_reloadit for taking the crown all the way to Atlanta 🌅

Until next season 🖤

They finally fixed Broadway. 🤠

Turns out the only way to get me downtown is when @slanderofficial brings absolute chaos to @skydeckonbroadway and completely changes the trajectory of the weekend. 🚧

If you thought Nashville was just pedal taverns and acoustic country covers, you are on the wrong rooftops. 🔊🌃

Send this to the friend who refuses to go downtown. 📲⚠️

When the production goes pitch black but the floor doesn’t lose a single ounce of energy 🔥
This is what genuine crowd control looks like!
Massive shoutout to @jj_reloadit for completely showing out at the Nashville Beatdown last Friday. 👑🔊

Words cannot describe how good this birthday weekend was!

Between the Nashville Beatdown , Whethan, and a special three hour Yookie set…

Could not have asked for better talent or energy in the crowd

Truly blessed to call the Nashville scene my home. Yall are the best 🫶

POV: you are playing to 2,000 people at golden hour ☀️

@jj_reloadit won the @beatdownglobal DJ competition in Nashville to earn this slot — then pulled up to Atlanta and shut down golden hour at Beats on the Block 🔥

Shoutout to @connect__atlanta and @atlantaedm for putting this on.
