I'm not usually one to post personal things but today I'm asking for prayers or positive vibes from anyone willing to offer them. I went deaf in my left ear Monday morning. I think with all the stuff I had going on I didn't fully grasp the gravity of it but now it's really hitting me. Of course I went to the first available ENT appointment on Monday, that's where I got all these meds I'm currently on to try and recover my hearing. The thing is...all of this hasn't worked and the trusty Internet says that with each day that passes it's more unlikely I get my hearing back. The first 72 hours are the most critical and I'm past that. I have called every ENT in the Las Vegas/Henderson area trying to find someone to do intratympanic ear injections, I have an appointment on Monday, but I have emailed every office that offers those injections to please call me today if something becomes available.

Losing your hearing comes with extreme vertigo and nausea, which has caused vomiting, and just overall uneasiness.

So if you're the praying type, I could use some prayers. I really don't want this to be my new normal. by @edmondscb

First week of summer break. Cruise to Catalina Island and Ensenada 🚢 ropes course, mini golf (Tessa and I got a hole in 1 ⛳), beach, pool, lots of food and 🍦
Unfortunately Breeah didn't feel great, but Tylenol got us through.

We came, we saw, we conquered... The COLD but amazing Chicago. This was my 3rd time and each time I love it a little more. This time I got to see it through my family's eyes. Millennium Park, Tiffany ceilings, the Griffin Museum of Science and Industry, Nutella Cafe, Ed Debevics, the river, lake Michigan, Wrigley Field, public transportation, the Costa Rican restaurant, 360 Chicago, Navy Pier, Lincoln Park zoo, hot dogs, deep dish, and more! We did it ALL! Our Chicago greeter was amazing, cannot recommend it enough! 🌎
