Friday night bandsaw tire party. Equals no more jumping tires and games of dodge the flying blade mid cut. Definitely less exciting but oh so much safer! #safetyfirst #shouldhavedonethissooner #bandsaw #bluemax #shopsmith #cutsomething #woodtherapy by @ednspace

Finally getting to try out this super cute mini espresso brain mug from @mudventions

Hope it gives me some luck with this crusty old circuit board I have on the bench for repair.

Just a little over 18 hours and three more bases are in the real. I love this machine.

My deepest respect for all the #plumbers in the house! After three hours of upside down under sink power yoga we now have a new faucet... Wait for it... That doesn't leak!!

Got to play with some wood today. First time trying to square up rough sawn wood. Tricky!! Ended up with two relatively flat 6" x 10" boards and a bucket full of shavings.

I started with a cardboard mockup of the counter shelf I am planning. Thanks to Adam Savage for helping learn how to think with these quick prototypes.

It's easy to make changes with scissors and tape and get an idea of what the design will look like. Ecspecially helpful when your trying to make something fit around a group of known items. Cool technique!!

Replaced the crunchy bearings in the old #Amaco wheel some sweet new #madeintheusa #Timken bearings because... #whynot. The pulleys are back in place and it's running smooth again. Maybe over the next few days I can get the rest of it back together.
