Being a woman in a male-dominated industry means having to prove your worth twice, work harder to be heard, and break barriers that should never have existed. Our gender does not define our abilities, and our voices deserve to be heard.if a woman can do a job the same way a man she deserves to be accorded the right respect. 💪♀️✨ #WomenEmpowerment #GenderEquality #BreakTheBias #WomenInIndustry #EqualOpportunities” taken in Barcelona, Spain by @edonmaxy

“I AM NOT BLACK. MY SKIN IS BROWN. 🤎🔥

Let’s talk about this colour madness. People say white people, black people, as if human beings are literally the colours we use to describe them. Nobody is literally white their either pink peach but black people exist, so why do we keep treating these labels as if they are our actual colours?
@gothicaboki2
My skin is brown. Not black. If you want to describe me by my skin colour, at least use the correct word. And if we’re going to be precise, let’s be precise with everybody.

I’m not saying people should stop using racial labels altogether. I’m saying we should question them instead of blindly accepting them.

I AM A HUMAN BEING, NOT A COLOUR. 🌍

Disagree if you want, but bring an argument, not just emotions. 👀🔥

🌍❤️ Africa in Europe, but the spirit of Africa remains one.
Different countries, different cultures, different languages — but one continent, one heritage, and one beautiful community. Events like this remind us that no matter where we are in Europe, African unity, culture, and togetherness will always bring us closer. 🇳🇬🇬🇭🇨🇲🇸🇳🇨🇮🇿🇦🌍
Proud to see Africans coming together, celebrating our culture, supporting one another, and creating a stronger community in Europe. 🤝🏾🔥
