Honored to represent the Director’s Cut of Samet’s deeply personal approach to his craft and the unique complexity of his pieces.

Throughout the process, we had many conversations about how to translate his vision into a visual language that felt both authentic and cryptic. Inspired by a deconstructed aesthetic, we shaped the final edit around an unfiltered, organic visual style.

Directed and edited this beautiful, jarring music video in the dunes of the Netherlands. Super-tight schedules had Mr. @kavenzola sprinting around the beach and even eating some Dutch sand along the way. Told my DOP @linoherde to just follow him in super slow motion. THE TO-DO LIST is an experimental short film that addresses the problems of a modernized, accelerated society. It shows that even if such automated technology were to exist in the future, people would not necessarily benefit from it. What seems beneficial at first can only lead to further dependency in the end. This is exploited until there is ultimately no time for the really important things in life because people are striving for ever greater efficiency and want to lead an ever more accelerated life.

Keep your eyes forward by living in the now.
