My body was beat up long before I started wrestling. Yeah I’m still young. Yes, but training smarter is a longevity investment. Best believe though I still max out and push myself to my limits, but it’s a 50-50.

This pressing machine alleviates tension on the shoulder so you can focus more on the chest push. A.k.a. bird chest begone😂 But seriously find what works for you and keep pushing… SVR 07 soundtrack is forever goated

This pro wrestling journey is one of the most challenging things I’ve ever pursued. You learn that nothing worth having comes easy.

There are consistent highs and lows, both mentally and physically, but you have to keep going. I’ve probably wrestled in front of people who could change my life at least 3 or 4 times, but I dropped the ball. That’s on me. You’ve got to pass those tests. Simple as that. You’ve got to stay ready.

It’s a mental game as well as a physical game. Individuals will try to break you, deem you less than for not conforming to their mindset, dangle the carrot, and never fulfill the promises they made. I can go on, but I’m not a guy who complains.

I use it as motivation, as fuel to keep going, because that’s what people don’t want. They don’t want you to fulfill your dreams. They want you to quit because it’s too hard.

I’m still pushing and will continue. Support will change. People will change. But my game will remain the same. Eat right. Train hard. No matter who is watching.

Comparison is the thief of all joy. I think I truly understand what that means now. It’s a slow burn sometimes, but I’m just going to enjoy the ride. 🐺
