Good Day Home-E's! Here are July's Real Estate Statistics for the City of Edmonton courtesy of @raeinfo!

For average selling prices, there was not much change besides drops in Row/Townhouses (-3.9%) and Apartment Condos (-2.5%).

There was a slight increase of of inventory and Months of Inventory went up to 3.7 from 3.4 (the ratio represents the number months it would take to completely sell the homes that are currently listed for sale, based on the area's currently rate of sales activities).

The Average Days on the Market for Monthly Sales for all types of homes have increased which is usual for the middle of summer. There was an increase of about 1% in new listings, but a decrease of 7% in sales for July.

Happy Summer Home-E's! Here is your June Residential Monthly Statistics for the City of Edmonton courtesy of @raeinfo. The market is holding steady. Detached homes have gone down a couple %, while Semi-Detached homes have gone up 1.6% and Aparment Condos have gone up 6.5%. Inventory has increased by 2.6% with a 3.4 ratio of Months of Inventory. Not much change in the Average Days on the Market. Buyers have an advantage with the amount of Inventory in the market, so it is a good time to buy.

Wussup Home-E's! Here are the Residential Monthly Statistics for the month of May courtesy of @raeinfo for the City of Edmonton. There was a 24% increase of listings since last month. The major changes were a 10% drop in selling prices for Apartment Condos and 4% drop in Townhomes. Average of All Residential selling prices stayed roughly the same at $455K. It still looks a like a balanced market at a ratio of 3.6 and all residential being the market at an average of 36 days.
