I'm always someone who recommends something only after trying it out myself.

Of course I was skeptical at first but lo and behold, consistency is THE KEY!

People would say why? I say why not? I don't really care if my kids are short honestly,as long as they are healthy.
I am short myself,it is in the genes.
But when my kids ask me if they can grow taller to take a certain ride or to enter somewhere, I had to stop and think.

9 months ago, I gave birth to my pre-term baby and this is my birth story, still fresh in my mind☺️

2 days before giving birth, we went shopping at Changi City Point. Noticed spotting on my liner and thinking is this mucus plug?
I didn't have it with my previous two so we checked in to A&E just in case.
Cause I was aware once the mucus plug was out, it can take hours to days to pop.
Went to be observed and the doc on duty said it could be from my a*** instead of my v*****.
I was like 'huh'?
So she checked and told me no dilation, the cervix was closed and I was sent back home.

Also, I was confident I was not anywhere near labour cause I'm at only 36 weeks.

Two days later, 7th July, went to Marina Square to bring my first and second born to celebrate their birthday.
I had stomach cramps thinking it was normal and also legit forgot how contractions felt like😅
We went to Pororo Park and there, I was actually experiencing contractions.
I could still walk so I thought it was fine.
Went home and changed..got ready for bed.
Felt same cramp feeling but this time even after sitting on my gym ball to move around, the pain didn't subside.
1030pm, I woke my husband up and told him I think I'm having active labour.
My whole body was in pain by now so we booked grab to hospital.
Alhamdulillah for my BIL who lives near us to help take care of my other two.

Called Labour room before that and once reached, I was asked to go straight up.
Husband settled admin stuffs and I was wheeled to the room.
Nurse checked and I was already dilated 4cm.
From my previous two experience, once my waterbag burst, it took 30mins to deliver.
Took gas all the way and did the breathing techniques.
I told the nurse I'm gg to pop already but they asked me to wait cause doc otw and I haven't dilate 10cm🤭
But Allah knows best, Safeera was delivered by the midwife at 243am.
My doctor didn't deliver me so I saved my $1K😜

Safeera was a small baby so she needed to stay in for 5days.
