2 years ago, but my first time dancing to this song was in middle school! the love I have desired for Jesus has followed me all of my life, through my shortcomings, through my backsliding, & on my darkest nights!

today I still live with a worshippers heart, always seeking a moment to exalt the same God who set me free! I come undone in public because it reflects my worship in private!

Moment of transparency, I did not want to make this video nor did I want to post but the Lord began to minister to me as I walked in obedience.

Life before Christ: TAGS, LABELS, STRONGHOLDS.
What looked like freedom to do as I pleased was death.

DEPRESSION, ANXIETY, AFFLICTION, ADDICTION, LUST, SHAME, GUILT, ABUSED, HOMOSEXUALITY, DISEASE, PROMISCUITY, DOUBT, FEAR, ANGER, REBELLION, SUICIDAL and the list continues on and on.

I cannot remember a moment in my life where I didn’t yearn for Jesus or convince myself that I had free will and the Lord knew my heart.

Many attempts to give my life to Jesus, many attempts to grow and develop my relationship with Him but the same struggle and LIE!

Perfectionism! A lie that robs us of coming to Jesus as we are and trusting Him to have control of our lives.

I always pray that my life be proof! Yet I withhold the truth of how JESUS invaded and transformed me! He set me free, He healed me of every affliction and NO matter how far off I allowed myself to believe I was HIS reckless love chased after me!

From death to life! I live yielded to the one who died for me! A life surrendered!

A lot of people are afraid of what that looks like but I’m here to be a witness to you that no amount of sex, drugs, money, partying, drinking can compare to what JESUS did for me and what He wants to do for you!

We run to so many things for comfort all while longing for the One who created us in His Image and Likeness! Gen.1:26

I know what it’s like and this video could never describe what’s unseen. But I know a name that transforms and brings the dead back to life!

As I was loud in my sin, so shall I be even louder for the one who died for me!

My only prayer is that you will taste and see that the Lord is good. PS.34:8 He didn’t just heal me but He placed me amongst a community to do life with!
