Thank you to everyone who came out to Sunday’s Padel & Pilates Social 🌊 The energy on the court and the mat was exactly what this community is about, showing up, moving together and building real connection. Huge thanks to @padelx.us @pilatesandthriving @__nlr_9 and @momentsbypd for a successful event.

Grateful for every member who makes Coastal Bluez Club what it is. More socials coming soon — stay tuned 💙

Should we make Padel & Pilates Social a weekly Sundays thing? 🎾🧘‍♀️🏓👟 by @eeeilu

You better get to livin’, givin’
Don’t forget to throw in a little forgivin’
And lovin’ on the way

Last week was all about amazing events, catching up with friends, and work work work. But there’s no words to describe how healing and necessary these things were when I needed them the most 🥹♥️ There’s a lot of lived life outside of social media and as much as I like to keep it real, I also like to keep it on the positive side 🫶🏼♥️ so grateful for all the blessings that surround me, right next to me, or from afar. And for everything good that’s coming my way ♥️✨🙏🏼 taken in Miami, Florida by @eeeilu
