New pour over beans from DAK Coffee Roasters.
DAK is a specialty coffee roastery based in Amsterdam, selecting expressive coffees from different origins and roasting them to bring out each coffee’s best character.

Currently on pour over at EEF:
Lemon Squeeze
Washed Heirloom, Hamasho, Ethiopia
Lemon ice tea, daisy, peach, vanilla
Bright, floral and softly sweet.

We’ll be serving Lemon Squeeze first, then introducing the next DAK beans one by one as they become available.

Other DAK beans are also available for retail purchase in store. @dakcoffeeroasters

HEADLANDS COFFEE — COLOMBIA DIOFANOR RUIZ

At EEF, we enjoy sharing coffees that offer something worth paying attention to, whether it’s the producer, the process, or the place they come from.

This coffee was produced by Diofanor Ruiz at La Divisa in Buenavista, Quindío, Colombia. Made from 100% Tabi and grown at 1,950 metres above sea level, the coffee undergoes a 30-hour underwater fermentation before being washed and carefully dried.

In the cup, expect notes of macerated cherry and pomegranate. Juicy and bright, with ripe cherry sweetness, crisp acidity and a clean, structured finish.

What we enjoy most about this coffee is its sense of balance. Expressive and fruit-forward, yet refined and composed.

Roasted by Headlands Coffee, a Sydney roaster committed to quality, sustainability and meaningful relationships throughout the coffee supply chain.

A coffee that feels vibrant, clear and quietly memorable.

Our first community cupping with @marketlane

We explored a seasonal line-up of coffees from Colombia and Bolivia, looking closely at how origin, producer and processing shape each coffee in the cup.

We’re looking forward to opening our spaces to more coffee gatherings, community events and considered collaborations.

If you’d like to host something with us, we’d love to hear from you. by @eefsydney

Currently serving Marimbus as our house espresso at EEF. Marimbus is a single-estate coffee from Brazil’s Chapada Diamantina region, produced by the Borré family at Progresso farm, one of the most meticulous and respected coffee producers in the region. Grown at 1150 metres above sea level, the coffee benefits from cool temperatures, dry climate and careful processing methods that help create a sweet, balanced and consistent cup year after year.

In the cup, Marimbus is comforting and approachable, with notes of creamy milk chocolate, caramel, roasted nuts and soft apricot. It’s a versatile espresso that works beautifully both black and with milk, offering clarity, sweetness and a soft lingering finish.

What we love most about Marimbus is the balance between accessibility and depth.

It’s easy to drink every day, but behind the cup is a thoughtful story of farming, sustainability and long-term commitment to quality from producer to roaster.

At EEF, we serve Marimbus as a coffee that feels grounded, warm and quietly expressive.

Something familiar enough to return to daily, while still offering details worth paying attention to.
