I fell in love with this sport because it demands everything from you — mentally, physically, and emotionally. Bodybuilding forces you to grow, to face yourself, and to push far beyond the limits you once thought were impossible. This sport has tested me in every way, and instead of breaking me, it made me hungrier. I want more. I want to push harder, dig deeper, and cross every limit in front of me.

It’s wild how a prep can completely change you as a person, but it changed me for the better. The gym and bodybuilding saved me from old, destructive habits and gave me purpose, discipline, and strength. I am endlessly grateful to God and to my incredible support system for walking this journey with me.
