POSTS STORIES REELS

I never thought I would get married until I needed that sweet sweet insurance. Thank you for making my copay for therapy affordable. Thank you for loving animals as much as I do. Thank you for cooking for me daily, making sure my shifter batteries are charged, and my moon water is made. Thank you for encouraging my Karaoke every dang day. Thank you for supporting my dreams, my family, and our furry children. Thank you for enjoying terrible movies with me. I never knew I would tolerate a messy and crumby guy until you came along. Thank you for being you. Happy Anniversary! 🐄 by @eels4peels00

Fall leaves, cow sightings, pups, and miles on my bike with friends. Pretty much my idea of a perfect weekend.

It felt so good to disconnect for a bit, spend time in nature, and get my Clarke & Beans fix. Riding and celebrating with my friends was exactly what I wanted, and I’m so glad we made it happen.

And happy anniversary to Patrick! Three years of marriage, a whole lot of life, and still my favorite person to share it with. Love you. by @eels4peels00

✨ BESOM MAGICK WORKSHOP ✨

Join me at @oracleandalchemychicago for a little Mabon magick as we celebrate the turning of the season with one of my favorite tools — the besom.

Saturday, September 19 at 12 PM
✨ $65 regular / $55 members
✨ Limited spots available!

And these aren’t tiny craft brooms.

Each person will receive their own 36-INCH BESOM to completely transform and make their own using an abundance of dried botanicals, magickal herbs, crystals, ribbons, charms and other adornments.

We’ll talk about the history and folklore of the besom, its place in modern witchcraft, and ways it can be used for cleansing, protection, energetic clearing and intention work — especially as we move through the Autumn Equinox and begin preparing our homes and hearths for Samhain.

Once our besoms are decorated, we’ll bring everything together with a special ritual to cleanse, bless, and enchant your broom, adding a little extra magick before you take it home.

AND everyone attending receives:

✨ Your decorated 36-inch besom
✨ All botanicals, herbs, crystals, ribbons & decorating supplies
✨ A guided blessing/enchantment ritual
✨ An IRL workshop workbook to use during class
✨ A copy of my Besom Magick for the Autumn Equinox digital zine to keep for future reference

Come craft, learn, set intentions, and make something magical with us for Mabon.

Out with the old, in with the new. 🧹✨

Spots are limited, so grab yours through Oracle + Alchemy!

Note: AI was not used in the digital zine. by @eels4peels00

Ever wonder what your animals would say if they could pull a tarot card?

My newest blog is all about how I use divination, intuition, and a whole lot of listening to connect more deeply with my animals—including letting them pick their own cards.

And then there’s Biggs, who has a suspiciously strong relationship with **The Tower**. If you know him, you know.

This isn’t about claiming our animals can literally read tarot. It’s about slowing down, inviting them into our spiritual practices, respecting how they choose to communicate, and becoming better listeners.

**When They Can't Use Words: How I Use Divination to Communicate With My Animals** is up now. by @eels4peels00

Introducing **The Spellbound Circle**

I've been wanting to create something for those who are looking for more than a one-time session—a space for **consistent support, deeper connection, and a spiritual practice that can actually grow with you.**

The Spellbound Circle is my new monthly offering where we work together over time, with each month shaped around what *you* need in that season.

Your private sessions can weave together Reiki, spiritual coaching, intuitive guidance, meditation, ritual, crystals, and other magickal practice.

Depending on your membership, you'll receive things like:

1–2 private sessions each month
An intuitively selected **Crystal Companion every month**
Personalized rituals & integration practices
Journal prompts & reflections
Intuitive/Tarot support
Support between sessions
Priority scheduling & member perks
Discounts on The Spellbound Market

And because I don't believe meaningful growth happens on a deadline, **The Spellbound Circle begins with one season together—a 3-month commitment.** After that, you can continue month-to-month for as long as the support feels right for you.

**Seed Circle — $119/month**
**Moon Circle — $219/month**
**Inner Circle — $399/month**

This isn't about adding another subscription to your life. It's about having a consistent space to come back to yourself, explore your spirituality, receive support, and see where the journey takes you.

Available virtually or in person.

Welcome to the Circle. by @eels4peels00

I wrote something really personal today.

Today would have been my mom’s birthday, and August 13th marks five years since she suddenly passed away.

Grief settles in, changes shape, and stays.

But somewhere along the way, volunteering with high-risk shelter animals became an unexpected part of my own healing journey.

I can’t promise them what comes next.

But I can walk beside them.

And maybe that’s part of what they’ve taught me about grief, too.

My first blog, Growing With Grief: How Volunteering at a “Kill Shelter” Became Part of My Healing Journey, is now up. 💜 Link in bio. by @eels4peels00

Still smiling after yesterday's Lughnasadh Corn Dolly Workshop. 🌾🤎

Thank you to everyone who came out and celebrated the first harvest with me. It was so much fun spending the afternoon crafting, setting intentions, and seeing everyone's creativity come to life. I loved that every corn dolly turned out completely unique, just like the person who made it.

These kinds of gatherings remind me why I love what I do. Creating with our hands, sharing stories, and honoring the changing seasons together is such a special kind of magic.

Thank you all for making it such a wonderful afternoon. I can't wait for the next one. ✨💛 by @eels4peels00

Celebrate the first harvest of the season with me at our Lughnasadh Corn Dolly Workshop on Saturday, August 1 from 1–3 PM at Oracle + Alchemy! 🌾

Together we'll explore the folklore and symbolism of this beautiful harvest tradition while weaving your own corn dolly using corn husks, crystals, dried flowers, ribbons, small-batch ritual oils, and seasonal embellishments.

You'll leave with a handcrafted keepsake, a beautifully designed workbook, and a meaningful reminder of gratitude, abundance, and the ever-turning cycle of the seasons.

I can't wait to create and celebrate in community with you! ✨ by @eels4peels00

36 days.

Thirty-six days wasn't long enough.

This was Peaches.

She greeted the world with the biggest smile, the softest eyes, and a tail that never seemed to stop wagging. She took treats as gently as if she knew to be careful. She sat so proudly when you asked. Every time I walked into the shelter, I couldn't wait to see her face.

She brought joy so effortlessly.

Peaches was euthanized for space.

My heart is broken.

She wasn't broken. She wasn't "too much." She was perfect. She deserved to grow old in a home where someone would laugh at that smile every single day. She would have been someone's very best friend.

Thirty-six days wasn't enough time for the world to find her, but it was enough time for her to leave a mark on so many of us.

You may recognize her from my Reiki fundraiser flyer for July 16th. I'm not changing it. She deserves to be seen. She deserves to continue smiling from that flyer, reminding people why this work matters and why these animals matter.

And another pup is in her kennel today, another favorite—Frosted Doughnut— waiting inside. Waiting just like Peaches did. Hoping someone will stop. Hoping someone will choose her. It's a heartbreaking reminder that while we're grieving one beautiful soul, another is already waiting for their chance.

Run free, sweet Peaches.

Thank you for every gentle treat, every perfect sit, every wag, and every smile.

You were loved. by @eels4peels00
