As I get older, I become more aware of the woman I want to be.

The journey of womanhood isn’t always easy. Between social media, society’s expectations, and the “aunties” telling you how to live your life, it can feel overwhelming at times.

But the moment you let go of the idea that you need to achieve certain things by a specific age, you start to move differently. You begin to live life on your own terms.

Stop putting unnecessary pressure on yourself, because of society timeline and most importantly ➡️ do not settle!! by @eemsdiary

Decorate with purpose 🩷

Last Saturday was such a beautiful experience. Being part of a charity bento cake workshop and fundraiser supporting widows in Ghana.

The event was organised by @deidrakwangfoundation, and I’m grateful I was able to contribute as a partner and panel speaker.

Women coming together to inspire and uplift one another is something I find incredibly important. We spoke about entrepreneurship, but the conversation took a turn that left everyone in awe. An open and honest discussion about what words like becoming, faith, and consistency mean to each of us individually.

We laughed, we cried, and then laughed some more 🩷.

The event reminded all of us that life is a journey, and everyone is carrying or going through something.

We are all figuring out how to become the dream woman in our own way.

Thank you, @deidrakwangfoundation, for such a wonderful and meaningful event.

Its time to book another solo trip 🖤

I often get a “ow my how do you take trips just by yourself?”

Ladies! Trust me it’s the best thing ever. I recommend everyone to do activities by themself. Go to the movies, shopping, out to eat, or do a mini stay cation at a nice hotel.

In the beginning it may feel weird, but when you get used to it … baybee it’s a good time 🥰.

Going to a birthday party. The theme was dress up like somebody you admire or wear a colour that tells a story. My first pick was pink.
