NOW FOR THE Q n’ A!⭐️
-
“How does Jenda Studies Work?” I’M GLAD YOU ASKED!
There will be 2 shows and 8 open mic performers, the 8 performers will be divided between the First and Second show.
-
“Where are we studying?”
The official spot for Jenda Studies will be Book Burn Cafe and Social Lounge! Jonny’s mission with BookBurn is to create a safe space for Queer people where we can pregame, read, party, and give opportunities to performers who don’t often get them, that really resonated with me! There are countless performers who deserve the spotlight, and this show is made to give everyone a chance to shine!
-
“Do I have to perform in Drag?
NO! We highly encourage you dress to impress, but you can perform anything you want! Whether that be Drag, Singing, Dancing, A Monologue, Slam Poetry, or Competitive yo-yo-ing, we’re here to help you show off what you study! (Keep Mixes under 5 minutes.)
-
“How do I sign up for Open Mic?”
Sign ups will be EVERY MONDAY AT 2PM, the @jendastudies instagram page will make a Story where you can submit your name in a google form. Spots are first come first serve.
-
“Will there be themes?”
YES! Each week we will have “Research Topics” that we’ll studying! Themes will be posted on the 1st of every month. If performing please note that your number must fit the theme in some capacity. Tracks/Mixes/More can all be sent through email at JendaStudies@gmail.com.

Today marks one year since I started this journey, and I’m so happy for the person I am becoming. I’m proud to be growing into the woman I was always meant to be. I want to say a huge thank you to the people who have been there for me every step of the way. 🏳️‍⚧️🏳️‍⚧️🏳️‍⚧️ taken in Orlando, Florida by @eevee_181
