Strong muscles bend, weak muscles break 👀 Here are some exercises I incorporate into my rotation to see those flexibility gains 🥰

If you’d like to see how these fit in a program comment “MOBILITY” and I’ll let you know how you can get your own customized program for only $49!

Note: these are not tutorials, always work with a certified coach when trying a new fitness regimen.

Love the way the skirt and hair moves 😍

So much fun on stage! Thank you @alluring_artistry_productions for having me (MISS YOU) and @geekymermaidproductions for filming!

Looking to get on stage for the first time? DM me here or @eeveelution.coaching for act creation consultation, choreography, and conditioning for the stage! Performing on stage can be nerve-wracking, but the prep work doesn’t have to be 🥰🫶

Pole combo I taught this week @serpentinestudiosllc ! Takes some intermediate moves (like hangglider and archer), and puts them together in a more advanced way, ending with a broken or “real” Pegasus 🥰 teaches spin control, side bend strength (obliques), push/pull, and stability!

DM me to start building your foundations and/or spice up your skillset!

Student Spotlight!!

I’m still gagging over @carmenannika ‘s before and after Lyra progress!! She didn’t keep a crazy intense training schedule, on average taking one class a week, she just stayed CONSISTENT and enjoyed the journey and it’s so cool to see how it’s paying off!

If you want to start or elevate your movement journey today, feel free to DM me!

Current students don’t hesitate to send me your progress pics/videos! We teachers love to see it and are happy to share if you’re comfy!

Saying you can only go to aerial once you have upper body strength is like saying you can only take a shower when you’re already clean 🧼 Don’t fall for the self doubt 👏👏

A qualified instructor will provide both progressions and modifications to challenge you at your current skill level while making the material accessible. Ready to get started?? Send me a DM and we’ll get you going on your goals whether you’re local or virtual 🥰
