Producer - Creating dub techno the original way!

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

This weekend, I married the most amazing person in the world @hcolumb ❤️.

What a truly wonderful and unforgettable weekend it has been! We feel incredibly lucky and honoured to have had both our families and so many special friends around us to share such a memorable occasion.

A very special thank you to @medway808 and @robin_thurston for making the journey up from London to celebrate with us. It genuinely meant the world to me to have you both there, and your friendship is something I truly treasure.

Thank you to everyone who helped make our wedding so special. We couldn’t have wished for a more wonderful weekend, filled with love, laughter and memories we’ll cherish forever.

Here’s to the next chapter together. ❤️🥂

Found my long-lost Flat Eric after all these years.

Last time he was near a set of decks it was Mr. Oizo…

Apparently he likes it a bit harder these days. 😂🔨

Jurassic Coast, UK. September 2026.

Zoom H5 capturing the coastline — waves, wind, gulls and the surrounding landscape.

Following on from the industrial ambience I recorded around Kraftwerk Berlin, this time the source material is entirely different.

Different environment. Same process.

Collecting sounds to erode, process and reshape back in the studio.

Field Recordings - Jurassic Coast, UK.

A second collection from the coastline — waves breaking against the shore, distant gulls, wind and the textures in between.

Captured as raw material. Not necessarily to remain recognisable.

Cut, filtered, stretched, looped and processed until the environment becomes part of the track.

From the Jurassic Coast back into the studio.

Nice surprise waiting for me when I got back home.

A little package from @fridayisland.music — tote, tee and stickers. 🖤

Friday Island gave EF82 its first home earlier this year with my debut Parameters EP. Very grateful to be part of it.

New addition to the signal chain.

Roland Space Echo RE-101 x Sequential Circuits Pro-One and Juno 106.

No emulation. Tape moving. Feedback on the edge. Dub the old way.

CV313 — Subtractive
(DeepChord Presents Echospace — Live Mix)

That unmistakable CV313 depth.

Slow movement, submerged chords and endless space — the kind of dub techno that seems to get deeper the longer you listen.

Zatoichi’s Troubles — Miles J Paralysis (Headspace Dub)

One of those records where the space between the sounds matters just as much as the sounds themselves.

Deep, stripped-back and hypnotic. Proper headspace.

A Berlin find that had to come home with me.

R. Görl — U.F.N. on Disko B.

Picked this up while record digging in Berlin at the weekend. Dark, stripped-back electronics with exactly the kind of atmosphere I’m always drawn to.

There’s something different about finding a record in the city and then hearing it back home on your own system.

Anyone else got a favourite R. Görl / Disko B release?
