Pretty much built half a granny flat for a good client of ours down in Port Mac in a day.

The speed wasn't the highlight, the fact that speed was not at the expense of quality is the highlight.

With an amazing crew, and my amazing little helper that did our site inspection, these results are possible everytime.

Hebel floors, 15 steel beams, 7 curved walls, 20lm of splayed features, bathroom dwarf walls, niches, constant adjustments from the original design to make this blend better for a more practical finish.

All this with minimal variations, happy client, certification and engineers tick with no hiccups and happy trades that appreciated working with straight and structural frames. by @efcarpentry

Due to a jam packed 2nd half to 2024 we don't have the flexibility to take a proper break which is much needed. The boys pushed hard and continue to do so from week to week. Your company is nothing without a committed and loyal team.

1st floor additions are always a nightmare and tarping always adds abit of extra stress but this is now has an extra 2 bedrooms with a study and is officially over the line. @jameshardieau cladding to wrap up and were done 👏
