Life isn’t always easy, but I believe our greatest strength is how we love, support, and lift others when they need it most.

I may not be able to change the whole world, but if I can bring hope to one heart, remind someone they’re not alone, or make a difference in one life, then that matters.

I want to be a light in someone’s darkness and a reason someone keeps going. One heart, one act of kindness, one life at a time. ❤️🙏✨

You don’t need to look perfect all the time. Oversized clothes exist for a reason. 😌😜🫣

So accept where you are, stop chasing perfection, and focus on building what still needs to be built.

Progress over perfection.
Always 💪💪

Consistency is the key. 🔑
You don’t have to be perfect, you just have to keep going.

One step at a time.
One day at a time.
Keep showing up. 💪✨

Just keep going. 🤍

For a long time, being lean was something I was proud of and comfortable with. But eventually, I realised that I wanted to become bigger, stronger, and see how far I could take my body and my mindset.

Making that choice wasn’t easy. It meant stepping outside of what I knew, accepting changes I wasn’t always comfortable with, and having the courage to stay committed even when I questioned myself.

And I’m incredibly grateful that I didn’t have to figure it all out alone.

My coach Jodi showed me the way — she gave me the knowledge, structure, guidance, and, most importantly, the belief to trust the process. There were moments when I doubted myself, but she helped me stay focused and reminded me why I started.

I didn’t choose to grow because I felt like I wasn’t enough.

I chose to grow because I wanted to challenge myself. Because I had a vision of the person I wanted to become — and I wanted to give myself the chance to get there.

Every meal, every workout, every uncomfortable moment is part of that decision.

I chose to grow.
I chose to commit.
And I’m so grateful to have someone beside me showing me the way. 🖤💪

This journey is still mine — but I’m lucky to have the right coach @jodi_delande helping me find the way forward. by @effikas_s

Should I be worried that I’m getting “big”?
No. 💪🏼 Because this is what growth looks like.

Building muscle means taking up space. It means getting stronger, thicker, more powerful, and trusting the process—even when your body changes in ways you didn’t expect.

I’m not afraid of growth. I’m proud of it. 🔥

This is how you build muscle.
This is how you build yourself. by @effikas_s

I’m making a big decision for my next competition bikini and I need YOUR opinion!

💕 PINK — bright, bold & feminine
💜 PURPLE — rich, powerful & glamorous

Which colour do you think I should go for next? 👇
💕 PINK or 💜 PURPLE?

Drop your choice in the comments — I really want to know! 🥰✨

DON’T STOP. KEEP PUSHING. 💪🔥

There will be days when you feel tired.
Days when the weights feel heavier.
Days when you don’t see the progress you expected.

Keep going.

Every rep matters. Every workout builds discipline. Every time you choose to push through when you could quit, you become stronger—not just physically, but mentally.

Bodybuilding isn’t about becoming better overnight.
It’s about showing up again and again until the person in the mirror becomes the person you always knew you could be.

Don’t stop until you’re proud.
Don’t stop until you know you gave everything.
Don’t stop. Keep pushing. 🏋️‍♂️🔥

#bankholiday Not every day is perfect, but consistency is the key. 🔑✨

Keep showing up. Keep moving forward. Progress doesn’t require perfection. 🤍
