A FOR EFFORT MAY ⭐️

nearly 200 of yall came out to run with us this past saturday!! we introduced a walking group for the first time (led by the amazing @alexisjuliaaaa) and had pace groups from 8:00/mi to 13:00/mi 🤸 the best day with truly the best crowd.

refreshed our sweaty hair with @livingproofinc dry shampoo
hydrated with @propelwater @drinkpoppi
energy @drinkunwell ⚡️
snacked on @magicspooncereal @mush @sietefoods

S/O to @leftysdayandnight for being the best spot to gather and connect.

i forgot to mention this but we have both a running and walking group, so all paces are welcome 💌 with multiple different pace groups for the run too :) thank you so much to everyone who came out today it was so much fun 🫶 the next run will be 6/25 and more details will be shared on @effortrunning soon!

MORE ENERGY TOUR Austin is HERE !!

We’re teaming up with ASICS to bring the More Energy Tour to Austin, tapping into the high octane run community that already defines this city.

A morning built around movement, connection, and energy that lingers well after the run.

We’re linking with our friends at @thelooprunning at their new Hyde Park spot this Saturday, and once it starts it doesn’t really let up through noon.

Meet at 9AM
Roll out at 9:30AM
We’ve got 3 charged up but chill miles for you, with various pace groups for everyone so all paces welcome!

ASICS and @irunfortacos will be in the building introducing the SUPERBLAST 3. Expect serious bounce and a feel that lives up to the name. Demo pairs will be limited, so getting there early is the move.👟

First 100 through get a limited More Energy Tour tee.

Breakfast handled by @lasantabarbacha with tacos ready for the morning crowd.

@c4energy coming through with Mango Fuego, and @drinklmnt keeping everyone hydrated.

@ssssounds_ setting the tone all morning and into the Kick Back.

march’s run brought the energy 💥 we kicked off this month at a new location - @leftysdayandnight a bigger, better space for more of us to gather comfortably and hang. still can’t believe it was our BIGGEST RUN YET !! 250+ RSVP’s with 5+ pace groups for everyone.
