I read this quote the other day “Entrepreneurship is realising the person you have to become is harder to build than the business itself” and I could really resonate with it. When starting a business, building a brand or developing an idea, most of your energy goes into ‘the thing’. The offer, the strategy, the visuals, the launch. But I’ve come to learn that whatever you are building, will only be as strong as you. Your mindset, your beliefs, your habits, what you consume, and who you surround yourself with are what shape the foundation your business/brand stands on. The truth is, business growth is just a reflection of personal growth. Your business/brand is a direct representation of you.
