Finally getting around to posting this wonderful evening! Thank you Miss Leigh for bringing us all together to celebrate your incredible life! I made new friends and got to see old friends. Being able to talk about you and learning from others how you impacted their lives, it almost felt like you were there in the room with us! Thank you for imparting your knowledge and wisdom on all of us. May you rest in peace and your spirit always continue to dance! You will continue to live in all of us! @barbarabearsgadbois @seanmauricekelly @peran_scannell_jewelers @milenagovich by @egaither1

@davidljones_06 you lit up the room wherever you went and your energy was infectious. You were a shining example of how to just be good at life! Thanks for helping me achieve my goals, for pushing me in our training sessions and helping bring back the belief in myself after my retirement from the stage. Rest in power my friend! Ps- nice photo you took of me during one of our sessions while you were handing me my ass! Lol! 💓🕊️ by @egaither1

It’s dusk their favorite time of day! After taking a dust bath, while I clean their cage, they came back in to relax for a sound bath with the sound bowl! Lol! Sweet little babies. #bumblelinaballerina and #busygrizzy @madamesosostris #chinchillalife #soundbowl #adoptdontshop❤️ by @egaither1

I don’t have the right words right now… Feeling a bit sad and melancholic finding out that my old director and mentor has passed away @ben.stevenson.5283 It almost feels like a part of me has died with him because he played such a huge part in my career! From him giving me a full company contract at age 1 16 bringing me with the most amazing group of dancers to taking me to compete in the Jackson International Ballet competition and giving me my first leading role at age 16 Snow Queen along side with one of my idols @barbarabearsgadbois as Sugar Plum to then Princess Florentine and Russian girl in serenade along side another idol @laurenandersonofficial to all the friends I made during that time, and the people that took care of me and supported me that I am still in touch with to this day! I am so grateful to know you all…my words are not really coming out as I would like them to as my brain is a little rattled at the moment! But thank you for everything you gave me and everything you taught me! I’m so Proud to have been a part of an amazing company @houstonballet with true artists because that was always your main focus ! It was always to preserve the art form and to develop and cultivate the artistry in your dancers. I have carried that with me throughout my life and career and now passing it on to my students.! Thank you for believing me I am so full of gratitude for my early beginnings of my ballet career. May you rest in peace and may your soul continue to dance! Forever grateful 🕊️ by @egaither1
