"Burning Suns"

I wanted to write a poem addressing the shame and guilt that is often pushed on the public for the state of the world (specifically the environment). When in fact those in power are the ones who make decisions that have global impact and yet they continue to damage the environment and cause division. Why? Corruption, greed, gluttony, fear, ignorance, selfishness etc. So essentially the message of this poem is that the shame and guilt is theirs to hold not ours.
