We’re happy to have @ferociousfolk back with a new EP on Purple Theory Records - sounding cooler than ever!

«Flatwound» is the first taste and is a solid indication of what to come; laidback, chill, dope lofi hip hop vibes <3

Enjoy!

✨ new beat tape out today ✨

stretching time is @beautifuldisco & @bangminhyeok , a duo from South Korea. Five tracks, under ten minutes, and everything you hear was played rather than sampled: piano, guitar, Rhodes and bass over soft lofi drums.

The EP covers a fair bit of ground for something this short. “days of wine and rain” is slow and melancholic. “wave” is warm and cozy and happy to stay that way. “blooming” lands between them, jazzy and romantic, glad and sad at once. None of these tracks run much past two minutes, but none of them feel rushed either.

released September 25, 2026

All instruments and composition: Janggyu Nam, Minhyeok Bang

@lax22beats is back with a new beat tape, and «Pink Bikini» is the first taste.

A carefully chosen jazz sample floats over a sturdy hip-hop beat, all crafted on the SP404. The track has a warm, lived-in feel, like a well-worn vinyl record pulled from a dusty crate.

For fans of instrumental, jazzy beats, this is a smooth introduction to what’s coming next.
