08/09/2026 Trina Kid foundation back to school drive.

It’s not often I’m given an opportunity to capture wonder in its purest form.

@trinaskids had a back-to-school event. I took over 300 photos, but these were specifically chosen by me because they remind me how important it is to protect the kids.

While shooting this event, I personally meditated on one scripture:

But Jesus said, “Let the children come to me. Don’t stop them! For the Kingdom of Heaven belongs to those who are like these children.”

MATTHEW 19:14

We hear all the time to be like a kid in our creative process, but it’s only when you get around these young ones that you realize, as adults, the things that they can teach us through their innocent and unprotected view of the world.

It teaches us a lot about how we, as adults, view this mechanized world and how perhaps we can put our trust in God on this long & difficult pilgrimage that is life.

Anyways, thank you to Trina Kid foundation & @hubblestudio

for allowing me to come shoot this & on top of that, giving back to the LA community with free shoes, haircuts, pizza & ice cream,

along with every school utensil a kid from kindergarten to high school could need, as well as throwing in all sorts of personal hygiene products.

There was more than enough for everyone, and it was beautiful to see.

“WORK ETHIC”

2 word’s that i would use to describe Southside as i have followed his artistic journey & even had the honor to get to know Him.

If you want to know how hard Southside work look at his interviews with @needorkeep 7 months ago and look at the growth from the swag to the music it’s undeniable and it ain’t even been a year.

If you haven’t heard his name you will cause there are very few Artist working this hard.
