Took my time getting these preserved lemons out :) left em back of cupboard for yonks ! They're better than I thought. I can't remember how long ago i prepped them but the lids of my jars are toast from the electrolytic exchange lol

When I saw the pressed ceviche recipes from @adip_food I was certain i must give it a whirl. Red snapper with chilli, grapes, tomatoes, cucumber, capsicum, basil, coconut cream and plenty of lime, w/ celery garlic butter beans

PRESSED THE FISH IN MY NEWLY ACQUIRED FB MARKETPLACE TORTILLA PRESS

Cooked the beans in cold brew sencha which was frankly a waste of my cold brew sencha :'/

BEANS ARE ALWAYS YUMMY THOUGH

Overall a good meal but the plating has much room for improvement

Today I cracked out the pasta machine for what must be the first time this yeeaaar. Bored with the heat and done being bored. I feel very vindicated in my purchase of a food processor as this makes egg pasta much less annoying.
