Dipping into these Brioche French Toasts like….😮‍💨🤌🏾

Golden, buttery brioche. Thick enough to hold the dip, soft enough to soak it all up. Finished with powdered sugar and a deep dive into Dulce de Leche.

That dip is a non-negotiable. by @eggsandja

This summer I ate my way across the island 🏝️🍴 🇯🇲

Save this before your next trip to Jamaica 📍🙂‍↕️

when you want dinner a little different. crispy chicken bao + shrimp dumplings 🥟 → @jafoodanddrink

breakfast the American way, and yes — always add jalapeños 🌶️ → @eggsandja

breakfast with a VIEW. ackee & callaloo omelette or the conch burger — you’re winning either way 🌊 → @xtabiresort

brunch on the cliffs done right. that marlin sandwich and iced coffee combo? unmatched ☕️ → @rockhousehotel

smoked calamari + beach club energy. this is your lunch sign 🦑 → @skylarknegril

that’s a wrap on summer eats. which plate are you trying first? 👇 comment + save for later taken in Jamaica by @eggsandja

@eggsandja - worth getting up early for 🥚🍞🌅

🍽️: 1. Bacon, Egg & Cheese JMD$1,850.00 - very tasty sandwich👌🏽Packed with eggs (so you won't notice how much is falling out🤣), perfectly cooked bacon and a creamy sauce that's nicely distributed throughout every bite.

But what really makes this sandwich worth the price is the soft, buttery brioche bread🍞🤤

2. Hash browns (x3) JMD$850.00 - pretty standard hash browns but nicely done. They weren't too soft and had a good crisp on the outside.

3. French Toast (x4) JMD$1,050.00 - A nice balance of sweetness without being overly sweet.

Also lovely and pleasant staff, very clean but I would recommend going early (think before work) to have the best experience.

Freshly scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, and warm brioche... name a better combo! 🍳🥓

Head over to @eggsandja for your next brunch fix. 🤤

P.S. I’ll pay whatever for a delicious sandwich, especially an egg one 🤭
